Too much to ask from the net?

For all those people that uses mac. And for all the others that have a big heart.
Here is something I'd like you to think about.
My family and I, have a Dell Inspiron 8200 (the old kind. the 1.7Ghz) Nvidia 4 GO 64MB.
Not a very fast computer, not nearly as you'd think. And we have to format it every couple of weeks. Recently a friend of mine came to me and started to really show me the good side of the Mac computers and apple as a whole. I must tell, I listen to every word he said as if my life depended on it!
After not too much time I've decided to buy my own Macintosh laptop. I want to buy a laptop because I don't have too much space and I move a lot from places to places.

Unfortunately, The MacBook Pro (because if I buy a laptop I'm not going to buy a new one for at least 3 years.) which comes with this specifications:

And for a family of 4 it's too expensive.
So if you ever tried to explain to someone why he should move to a Mac, Here is your chance to make change! Or if you just have a big heart and want to help someone. You are more then welcome to donate me any amount that comes to your mind even $1 or $0.50, Anything will help, the conversion from PC to Mac is hard, but possible with a little help! I will thank each and everyone of you and also I'll state here how much have already been donated.
